What IS Funk Machine?
Funk Machine is a collective of musicians from all over the world! We aim to take groove based music to the outer most stretches of the imagination. We show that no matter how unorthodox a sound can be, it can retain its funky feeling and danceable demeanor.
Our music is inspired by artists such as Frank Zappa, Parliament-Funkadelic, Earth Wind and Fire, King Crimson, George Duke, King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard and so many more. Our writers include, but are not limited to, Matthew Herman, Sean Marcelin, and Grifin DiNardo.
